Review Collect offers software as a service (SaaS) to collect customer reviews. Our platform allows e-retailers to redirect these reviews to various online platforms such as Google My Business, Trustpilot, Facebook, and others. Reviews are collected via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

2. Target Users
Our services are mainly intended for e-retailers. By using our services, you certify that you are using these services for professional and non-personal purposes.

We collect the following personal data: name, first name, telephone number, and email address. This information is collected for the sole purpose of contacting the customer to obtain a review. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
All data collected is protected according to Xano security standards, which include data encryption in transit and at rest, robust firewalls, and strict access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
4. Payment Policy
Subscriptions to our services are payable monthly in advance via Stripe. Stripe accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, and applies robust security measures such as SSL encryption, payment data tokenization, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance to protect payment information.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Review Collect claims no intellectual property rights to content generated by users of the platform. However, by submitting content to our platform, you grant Review Collect a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of such content, and display it as part of providing our services.

As a technology provider for WhatsApp, Review Collect is able to connect to customers' WhatsApp accounts to send messages on their behalf. By using this feature, you agree that we may access and use your WhatsApp account only for the purpose of collecting customer reviews. You should ensure that you have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to share access to your WhatsApp account with us and to send review messages on their behalf.
